REFUND POLICY

Items may be exchanged in their original condition and packaging along with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise can be exchanged for equal or greater valued merchandise. Please note: THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGE FOR SPECIAL ORDERS OR CUSTOM ORDERS. Complete the Afterglow92416 Return Form and enclose it with your return for exchange or a 30-day store credit. Allow up to 3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item(s) show signs of use or wear, mishandling, or the item(s) is improperly packaged by the customer (sent back without the original or improper packaging) leading to damage that renders the item not sellable. Under these circumstances the return will be immediately sent back to the customer and is ineligible for an exchange.

Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with a no exchange policy. If a product is a FINAL SALE item, there will be no exceptions to this policy and no exchange will be offered.

Please note that a $5 restocking fee will be added to all returns.
